Mute Swan 2, Greylag 6, Grey Heron 2, Mallard 40, Gadwall 45,Teal 21, Shoveler 9, Coot 28, Moorhen 10, Little Grebe 5, Little Egret 1, Water Rail 2, Lapwing 13, Black Headed Gull 19, Kingfisher 2 and Grey Wagtail 1.
Also of note a singing Cetti's Warbler and 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers-together. Just after we left 3 Black-tailed Godwits arrived on the wader scrape at c13.00hrs (Dave Standish)
Insects included Vapourer Moth, Green Veined White and Migrant Hawker.
