Wombell Ings - Present were 1 juvenile Shelduck, 47 Teal, 21 Shoveler, 3 Wigeon, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Kestrel, 91 Lapwing, 33 Golden Plover, 1 Ringed Plover, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 1 Greenshank, 22 BH Gull, 1 Kingfisher, 4 Skylark, 3 Swallow, 2 Mistle Thrush, 1 Song Thrush, 3 Meadow Pipit, 1 Yellow Wagtail, 3 Reed Bunting and 2 Yellowhammer.
Broomhill Flash - Noted were 2+4y Mute Swan, 1 Canada Goose, 23 Teal, 20 Shoveler, 8 Tufted Duck, 4 Mallard, 8 Little Grebe, 4 Cormorant, 1 Little Egret, 3 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 10 Snipe, 5 Lapwing, 1 Greenshank, 1 Ruff and a female Wheatear.
Bolton Ings - On the open water were 3+2y Mute Swan, 6 Canada Geese, 4 Mallard, 2 Gadwall, 1 Pochard, 4 Little Grebe, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 19 Cormorant, 1 Grey Heron, 272 Coot, 8 BH Gull and 3 LBB Gull. Also present were 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Kestrel, 57 Lapwing, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Jay and 2 Grey Wagtail.
