Edderthorpe, Saturday morning

A good walk around most of the area all the morning produced less than hoped for, the highlights being;- Egyptian Goose 1 on Houghton, Shelduck 5, Teal 22, Gadwall 90, Wigeon 0 -they've all gone, Tufted 64, Goosander 1, Moorhen 34, Oystercatcher 1, Redshank 10, Golden Plover 18, Snipe 4, Ringed Plover 3, Swallow 30, Sand Martin 50, House Martin 3. Meadow Pipit 55 were grounded on Cudworth Common until flushed by a Sparrowhawk.
