Wombwell Ings mid AM- Preent were 3 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 20 Mute Swan, 51 Canada Geese, 23 Greylag, 2 Shelduck, 41 Gadwall, 22 Tufted Duck, 15 Mallard, 4 Teal, 2 Shoveler, 2 Wigeon, 15+ Lapwing, 3 Redshank, 3 Snipe, 2 Little Ringed Plover, 1 Greenshank, 1 Common Sandpiper, 16 LBB Gull over south at 10am, c50 Swallow, c15 House Martin, 5 Sand Martin, 5 Skylark and 1 Linnet.
Bolton Ings late AM/early PM- On the open water were 2 Black Necked Grebe, 6 Little Grebe, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 34 Tufted Duck, 17 Pochard, 4 Gadwall, 3 Mallard, 2 Shoveler, c400 BH Gull and 1 Common Gull. Also present were 1 Grey Heron, 11 Canada Geese, 8 Greylag, 4 Oystercatcher, 1 Redshank, 1 Snipe and 3 flyover LBB Gull.
TPT- Singing males included, 5 Willow Warbler, 4 Chiffchaff, 3 Blackcap, 2 Whitethroat and 1 Song Thrush.
