Wintersett 19.04.14

3 - 9°C,  8/8 grey,  with a very cold easterly. 
Anglers CP:  An Arctic Tern came in at 09.35 hrs, followed by a Grey Plover at 09.45hrs  Common Sandpiper 2, Little Ringed Plover 1,  Redshank 1, Snipe 3,  Lapwing 8,  Greylag 2 Swift 2,  Meadow Pipit 1 over, Yellow-legged Gull 1 adult, Oystercatcher 6 and a Goosander redhead west at 11.30hrs.
Wintersett Res:  Singing males in the area were:   A Garden Warbler and a  Sedge Warbler 1sts for the year.  Reed Warbler 2,  Cetti's Warbler 1 ,  Whitethroat 1,  Lesser Whitethroat 1 and Yellow Wagtail 1.   Little Owl 1,
Haw Park Wood: Brambling 4
Mammals:  Hare 2 ACP and Fox 1 Pol.
Insect:  Bee-fly 1 WRes and Small White Butterfly ACP
