A juvenile Little Egret was spotted flying over Cold Hiendley Reservoir at 15.10hrs by Paul and Ruth Thorp. It then perched high in a Silver Birch tree where it stayed until 16.31hrs, when it flew down towards the edge of the water and out of sight.
