Wintersett Res: 6 male Reed Warblers - 1 boathouse reeds, 2 west bank marsh, 2 north bank + 1 ACP. Cetti's Warblers - 1 m ruin, 1 m west bank, 1m+1 f east bank. Common Tern 2 Grasshopper Warbler 1 m + Lesser Whitethroat + 1m and Sedge Warbler 2m west bank clump/marsh. A Cuckoo flew over north at 08.50hrs.. 2 Swifts were seen over east bank.
Anglers CP: Common Sandpiper 1 + 1 WRes.. Snipe 1. Lesser Whitethroat 1 north bank. A Woodcock flew through at 15.45hrs. Shoveler 1 m. Goldeneye 3. Psycho, the adult Yellow-legged Gull came in and took the Mallard egg from the new raft. 2 Common Tern flew north this afternoon.
Lepidoptera: The first Orange Tip flew over WRes dam wall.
