Wintersett (Bart 'at and coyt at last!) 18.04.18

A wonderful,  warm 13 - 20 degrees with sun,  scattered cloud and a very  light southerly.
Wintersett Res: Common Sandpiper 1 (and then on ACP).   Cetti's Warbler 3 m - north bank, west bank and south east bank.  Goldeneye 5 + 13 ACP.  A Willow Tit was on the east bank.
Anglers CP: The Tree Pipit was still present, in the area  behind the main hide.  A pair of Pintail were in mid morning and stayed all day.  A Sand Martin was digging out in the top row of the box.  Common Tern 1.  Wigeon 3.  Great Black-backed Gull 1.  A  Yellow Wagtail flew over.  2 Bar-tailed Godwits flew over south west at 20:00 hrs
Cold Hiendley Res: Grey Wagtail 2
Lepidoptera in very small numbers.  Comma,  Peacock,  Small Tortoiseshell and Brimstone.
Diptera: The first Bee-fly of the year was in the north west area of WRes..
