WILD WESTERLY WIND. Mild with a couple showers this morning, cold but drier this afternoon.
A day record of 10 species of gull were seen in the roosts this evening.
Wintersett Res Roost: A juvenile Iceland Gull was in at 16.35hrs. A 1st W Kittiwake was in at 16.05hrs. An adult Caspian Gull was in at 16.00hrs and a 2nd W Yellow-legged Gull at 15.55hrs.
Anglers CP Roost: A juvenile Glaucous Gull and the usual adult Yellow-legged Gull were the notables tonight.
NB Pugneys roost was ridiculously disrupted with just 2 Yellow-legged Gulls being notable. per @jonnybirder
Broomhead Res: Less than 1500 gulls tonight. Tree blown down over the res. side road. per @roytwigg
