Wintersett Gull Roost 19.01.15

0°C,  very cold and sunny until mid morning, then 8/8 cloud with a light westerly.
Anglers CP: Pink-footed Goose 1 in with Greylags,   Wigeon 299 + 10 WRes.. Pink-footed Goose 60 W in one skein at 16.35hrs.
Anglers CP Gull Roost:  Only 2 notables tonight.   The juvenile Glaucous Gull was in early at 14.43hrs and the usual adult Yellow-legged Gull flew in calling at 16.35hrs.   At around 16.45hrs the roost was disturbed by a Heron?  and remained unsettled so the gulls didn't drift in towards the rocks as they usually do.
