Highlight this morning was a Hobby after Swifts at the western end early on, full list :- Grey Heron 6, Mute Swan 5 adults + 6 juvs, Canada Goose 67, Grey Lag Goose 3, Great Crested Grebe 5 + 3 juvs, Little Grebe 20+, Mallard 18, Gadwall 3 (broods of 10 and 7), Tufted Duck 34 (broods of 9, 8 & 3), Pochard 11, Coot 144 (new brood of 2), Moorhen 2 + 2y, Black Headed Gull 39, LBB Gull 2, Lapwing 18, Mistle Thrush 9, Kestrel 2, Hobby 1, Green Woodpecker 2, Great Spotted Woodpecker 1 and Chiffchaff 1.
