A late afternoon visit onto Wombwell Ings in the hope that the American Wigeon or even Long-tailed Duck had finally seen the light, however, hardly saw the light myself and couldn't say with certainty that either weren't there. Did manage to make out 4 Herons, c70 Wigeon and about 50 Teal. The only news I got from Old Moor was of 4+ Brambling and also that the Bittern was seen at least twice yesterday.
