Shooting in the back field continues

Broomhill Flash looking rather good; Egyptian goose 2, green sand 2, goldeneye 5 plus a sprinkling of other bits and bobs. Everything looking good except for half dead wood pigeons flapping about on the ground just at the other side of the fence
to the nature reserve. Two guys with shotguns sat along the hawthorn hedgerow that separates Broomhill Flash and the back field. Nothing much being disturbed on the flash but I think breeding lapwings in this field will give it a miss this year.
