Wombwell Ings mid AM-Present were 3 Mute Swan, 89 Canada Geese, 2 Shelduck, 120+ Wigeon, 11 Gadwall, 9 Mallard, 9 Teal, 6 Shoveler, 2 Grey Partridge, 1 Grey Heron, 10 Coot, 8 Moorhen, 61 BH Gull, 4 Common Gull, 8 Lapwing, a short-staying Curlew(10 mins), 2 Mistle Thrush, 6 Skylark and 1 Pied Wagtail.
Broomhill Flash late AM- Noted were 3 Mute Swan, 53 Canada Geese, 62 Wigeon, 8 Tufted Duck, 7 Pochard, 6 Mallard, 2 Shoveler, 2 Goldeneye, 4 Cormorant, 13 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 240+ BH Gull, 1 juv Herring Gull, 1 LBB Gull and 2 Red Legged Partridge.
Bolton Ings late AM/early PM- On the open water were 5 Mute Swan, 25 Shoveler, 24Tufted Duck, 15 Pochard, 9 Mallard, 3m+2imm m+5f Goldeneye, 5 Teal, 3 Gadwall, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 5+ Little Grebe, 2 Grey Heron, 45 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 48 BH Gull and 10 Common Gull. Also present were 2 Canada Geese, 1 Green Woodpecker and 2 Stonechat.
