Wintersett + Gull Roosts 09.02.15

4°C  with sunshine, blue sky and a cool westerly breeze.  Anglers CP and CHRes were ice free.  WRes was 50% frozen but slowly opening up this morning.
Wintersett Res: Water Rail 2,  Cetti's 1 and Willow Tit 1.  180 Pink-footed Geese  flew NW at 11.35hrs  and another 70 flew NW at 14.30hrs.
Walton Hall: A Pink-footed Goose was with the Greylag Geese.
Haw Park Wood: Siskin 3.  
Anglers CP: There is now a pair of Oystercatcher on territiory at the northern end of the shallows. 
Anglers CP Gull Roost held lots of  large gulls tonight , but many came in late and no notables were seen.
NB Pugneys Roost had a 3rdW Yellow-legged Gull per @jonnybirder
Broomhill Roost had 2 adult Mediterranean Gulls per @ roy twigg
Broomhill Flash had an adult Mediterranean Gull late afternoon per @Barnsleybsg
Orgreave Roost had 2 x 2ndW Caspian Gulls  per @BirdPieman
Atterclife - Norfolk Bridge had a 2nd W Iceland Gull at 09.00hrs  per http://www.sbsg.org/sightings/recent-news
