Wombwell Ings mid AM- Present were 2a+1j Mute Swan, 73 Canada Geese, 105+ Wigeon, 11 Mallard, 6 Gadwall, 5 Tufted Duck, 5 Shoveler, 2 Teal, 2 Goosander(on R.Dearne-J.Thompson), 4 Moorhen, 3 Coot, 4 Grey Heron, 211 BH Gull, 4 Common Gull, 83 Lapwing and 1 Pied Wagtail.
Broomhill Flash late AM- Noted were 2 Mute Swan, 103 Canada Geese, 2 Greylag, 65 Wigeon, 12 Gadwall, 12 Pochard, 14 Teal, 8 Mallard, 7 Tufted Duck, 1m Shoveler, 188 BH Gull, 3 Common Gull, 7 Lapwing, 3 Coot, 2 Moorhen, 1 Sparrowhawk and 1 Little Owl.
Bolton Ings Late AM/early PM- Highlights were the pair of Stonechat on the reeds and the 3 male Green Woodpecker on the same electricity pole. On the open water were 2 Mute Swan, 79 Greylag, 52 Shoveler, 26 Pochard, 20 Mallard, 25 Tufted Duck, 16 Teal, 3m+4f Goldeneye, 2 Gadwall, 43 Coot, 1 Great Crested Grebe, 66 BH Gull, 6 Common Gull,2 Herring Gull and 18 Lapwing. Also present were 1 Sparrowhawk, 3 Snipe and 1 Greater Spotted Woodpecker.
