7 - 10 degrees, dry early doors with 8/8 cloud and a light easterly. Drizzly rain and poor light from mid morning.
Wintersett Res: Shelduck 3, Lesser Redpoll 1, Grey Partridge 5, Little Grebe 5 + 2 ACP.
Anglers CP: A Brambling was in the car park. A Meadow Pipit flew over. Pochard 188 + 21 WRes,
Gull Roosts: Large numbers of gulls came in, but viewing conditions were very difficult. Birds were facing away on ACP. Rain and murk hampered visibility on both waters.
The 3rd W ICELAND GULL was picked up at 16.30hrs, by visitor David Bedford, after everyone else had left. Great Black-backed Gull 600 ACP + 96 WRes, Herring Gull 2000 ACP and Lesser Black-backed Gull 2 ACP.
