4 degrees with 8/8 cloud, fine rain and a light south westerly this morning. Westerly breeze this afternoon.
Anglers CP: Shoveler 1 male and Green Woodpecker 2.
Wintersett Res: A Cetti's Warbler was seen and heard on the NW bank.
Both Gull Roosts were a shambles today. Observers spent a frustrating time with dreads from start to finish. Initially the birds on WRes were flushed by a helicopter , but there was no obvious reason for the disturbances on Anglers CP. The only notable was Psycho, the adult Yellow-legged Gull on the small raft ACP at 16.45hrs.
