Moorlands

A nice sunny dawn at home so ventured up here to find a strong wind and cold temperatures, should have guessed. Ewden had a single Black Grouse in the usual field, a heavily moulting (or heavily shot) Raven and a singing Tree Pipit. A still burning car by the bend at Ewden Beck, the work of some arsonist, meant I didnt hang around here too long. A couple of Buzzards and a Tree Pipit feeding young above Broomhead Res before the drizzle sent me back to the lowlands.
