Ingbirchworth and Hartcliff

A brief call early at Ingbirchworth this morning revealed a pair of Shoveler, single LRP and a cracking Yellow Wagtail on the dam wall. Two Common Sands and a Whitethroat  at Scout Dike were the only things of note here. At Hartcliff it felt more like early March than May. I was expecting good count of Wheatear but could only muster 5! A flock of 58 Golden Plover was more promising, but a search for something smaller and brighter among them brought no joy!
Blog updated on my next post!
Cheers
