Wintersett 28.0612

There was a cracking thunderstorm late this morning.
Anglers CP:   Not much change here but male Tufted Ducks  are moving in prior to their wing moult, 37 today,  also present 4 Gadwall.
Wintersett Res: 5 Common Terns
Moths: Last night was very humid and the warmest of the year so far. Moth trapping produced the highest number this year and included an Orange Footman, the first record for the Wintersett area.  Other highlights were:Silky Wainscot, Eyed Hawkmoth, Pale Shouldered Brocade and 4 Poplar Hawk moths.
