10°C with 4/8 cloud and a gusty, cool south westerly until mid morning when the temperature rose to a very welcome 16°C, sunny with a light westerly.
There were 2500 Swift in the area but, during a rain squall mid afternoon, that number rose to 3500 Swift and 300 House Martin over WRes. The strong, gusty south westerly wind returned late afternoon.
Anglers CP: A 1st summer Arctic Tern came in this afternoon. Common Tern 6 + 6 WRes, Turnstone 1, Redshank 1 and Gadwall 7 + 4 WRes.
